My doctor told me that "sweet oil" is baby oil. Because I have a slight reaction to the fragrance in baby products, I looked at the label. It is mineral oil.

I have never heard that it is the same as olive oil, but it's possible that olive oil or any natural oil would have the same effect. I would ask a doctor about that.
