The morning after pills are really strong drugs that shouldn't be taken as the primary method of pregnancy avoidance for casual sex.

To answer your question, "Can you..?" The answer is yes, you have the ability to do that -- but it is not a wise decision to take it frequently as extra protection.

The key here is frequency. If you were raped one day after your period ended, the chances of pregnancy are very, very, very small. However, if you wanted to use Plan B I personally wouldn't have a problem with it.
