There are a couple of ways to get pregnant without penetration. One is through artificial insemination, in which sperm is injected into a woman's reproductive tract. Another way is if an already fertilized egg is implanted into a woman's uterus. These things are commonly done in special clinics for couples who have fertility problems or same-sex couples. I believe these procedures are quite costly.

I would be surprised if you get pregnant. Even though there has been some cases were there's pregnancy without full penetration, there must be some semen in the equation.
