Can a baby be born with type O if the father is type A and the mother is type B?

[Edit]

Answer

yes. get blood type gene from your father and mother. four blood types, so may be AA BB AB OO AO BO.
father could be AO, mother BO. A and B are dominant over O therefore show up as type A and B but each could pass on their O gene and have a type OO child
