Are all beings Divine Beings?

[Edit]

Answer

That's a religious question, not necessarily something that can be asked reasonably of someone who doesn't adhere to your spiritual beliefs.

Some religions, sects, and groups believe that all living creatures are "divine," by their own definition of the word. Others limit this label to humans, and still others limit it further to those who accept the group's beliefs and doctrines. Then there are those who believe there is only one god, or group of gods, and none of us can rise to that level.

new answer

As children of God, we all inherited his divinity. The work comes in with us learning about our inherited qualities and learning how to use them in order to rise to his level, just like our earthly parents expected us to rise to their level. Yes, all beings are divine.
