the starter is located on top of the transmission under the air box you may have to pull it out if you have trouble but on their first off disconnect your negative cable on your battery then pull out the airbox and you should see the starter at this point remove the power cable from the starter solenoid and there will be a plug for the ground cable there are two bolts on the starter one ontop and one on the lower side remove both of those and it should slide right out to put the new one in just go in reverse
