1989 FXR Super Glide oil flowing out of your crank case breather? |

You really should think about asking the Harley Dealer Maintenance guys why your baby is doing this. I know if my 90 FXR was they would be my first source of information.

This may happen if you haven't driven your FXR in a while or you overfill your oil. What happens is that the oil will collect at the bottem of your crankcase. What you need to do is, run you bike for a good 10-15 minutes before taking off or just ride more. This is common on the FXR's Evo engine, but it may be a different problem if it continues. You should have it checked by a professional.
