1987 mazda rx7 non turbo and you beleve it over heated you think the apex seals got mesed up because of that or could it be somthing else it seems like theres no compression please help you?

Answer

same thing happened to my fc(rx-7) found out that when 13b's start to overheat the engine will run rich(increase the fuel) what you might want to do is check if the engine is flooded look to de-flooding methods. simple to do. normal indication is when cranking you can smell fuel. if not flooded and believed to be seals check compression, normal compression gauges will work if you do the three bounce test look in mazda tech manual or haynes manual.
